Banksia blechnifolia:
Prostrate to 2-4m W. Leaves deeply lobed to about 50 cm. Large spikes of reddish pink flowers with yellow stamens in spring. Most well-drained soils in dappled shade to full sun. Tolerates moderate frost & drought.
These plants are seed grown. Plants are supplied in 140mm pots &
50mm forestry tubes when available. Photo taken 29th May 2006.
